- 2 cups plain, low-fat yogurt;
- ½ cup peeled, de-seeded and chopped cucumber;
- 1 split green chili;
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro; and
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all of the ingredients except the salt in a medium-sized bowl; and
- Add salt to taste, and mix well just before serving.

If you like to experiment, instead of green chili try some Cajun seasoning with mint leaves.
